With the first steps of my journey into motherhood came a beautiful baby girl and a new passion for birth. I devoured any and all books, podcasts, and conversations with others related to how baby and body work together in incredible ways.

However, I also stumbled through finding my way as a first-time mom (and second, and third!). What carried me through were the women who truly saw me—my struggles, my doubts, my small victories—and held space for it all. I have experienced the power that comes with being known and seen in this vulnerable space - and I love doing this for other moms too!

This why I love the work of a doula. It is a privilege to walk with you as you prepare for delivery, welcome that sweet baby, and recover and grow in your postpartum period. If we worked together, you’d experience both the physical support birth requires, as well as the emotional support needed throughout.
